The room had plenty of space for our stuff, super comfy beds, and a bathroom with a separate toilet—real convenient! Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed info. The community kitchen was clutch, just wish we had some plates and cutlery up in there. Had a great time skiing and chilling after!

The location isn't ideal. a shuttle service would make a huge difference!!! Also, how about providing kitchen utensils in the common room? It’s a hassle bringing takeout without plates and cutlery!!!

The twin room was super spacious with three wardrobes and a desk, which was fantastic for storing all my stuff. The large refrigerator was a nice surprise, and the bathroom with a deep tub was perfect for chilling out after a long day of skiing. Strong hot water made showers great. Loved the hotel vibe, and it was so convenient having the bus stop right outside!

Room had plenty of USB sockets for charging devices, and the spacious common areas made it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. Staff were incredibly helpful, providing transport to the Hirafu Welcome Centre when needed.

The room was modern and offered ample storage space, making it comfortable for my extended stay. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations, and the convenience of a bus stop right outside, facilitating quick access to the nearby ski area. However, the dining options were somewhat limited in variety, and access to some kitchen utensils in the common area could be improved. Overall, the staff were friendly, but some amenities could use an upgrade.
