The hotel is clean and modern, with friendly staff, especially Ms. Chinami Kamada, who helped during a car issue. The convenience store on-site was a great bonus. The proximity to the ski areas and landmarks made family bonding enjoyable, though the shuttle service could be more reliable. I’d return!

We had a wonderful stay at Midtown Niseko with our 3-year-old daughter during our ski trip. The spacious room was perfect for our needs, featuring ample storage and convenient hooks for drying ski gear. The staff were friendly and the free shuttles made accessing nearby ski areas effortless. We enjoyed the relaxing common areas and appreciated the stunning views of Mount Yotei. a comfortable and enjoyable experience, though minor cleanliness issues could be addressed.

There were comfortable beds and a safe box, TV set, and a fridge in the twin room. The service was excellent with parking at the front of the hotel. For sure, free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property...

The convenience of nearby bus stops for skiing was a plus, even if it was a bit of a walk to downtown. Friendly staff and decent dining options added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient with a free shuttle stop right outside, making it easy to access ski lifts and nearby attractions. I loved having a kitchen in my room for quick meals, plus there's a Lawson station downstairs for snacks and essentials. The common areas are clean and the ski storage is well-organized-perfect for a hassle-free experience!
That said, there were a few downsides. The beds were pretty firm, which made it a bit tough to sleep well after a long day of snowboarding. Breakfast was also on the pricey side and didn’t impress me much. Lastly, the shuttle schedule could be better communicated; some buses didn’t show up as expected, which made transportation a bit tricky at times.

I had such a great stay! The location is super convenient, with shuttle buses right outside to get to the slopes and town. My room was spacious and comfy, plus it had a mini fridge and a nice little soaking tub that was perfect after a long day on the snow. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better!
On the downside, the walk to the downtown area is a bit on the longer side, and the free shuttle service can be a tad unreliable at times. I also wish the breakfast buffet had a bit more variety for the price, but those minor issues didn’t take away from my overall experience.
